St. Kitts and Nevis is small in land area and in the size of our population.
Our strength is in our people and our ability to unite and create the environment for them to unleash our full potential.
Our Federation’s focus must be on reimagining and redesigning a healthier, greener, sustainable, and more secure future, affordable by every citizen.

CREATING JOBS

We will develop an enabling environment whereby hundreds of new micro, small and medium-sized enterprises will be established, plus the expansion of
existing businesses across all sectors

YOUTH AGENDA

Our program for the future includes a Youth Agenda that will increase opportunities for youth in leadership, young people in business, increased academic scholarships, mentorship programs, and vocational initiatives, are part of our program for the way forward.

BUILDING RESILIENCE

We will develop a comprehensive and holistic approach to addressing the multiple vulnerabilities we face as a small island developing state, from climate change, health pandemics, or global economic shocks. We will build a more resilient nation by taking a whole of government and society approach - more resilient physically, economically, and socially.

IMMIGRATION REFORM

Comprehensive Immigration Reform resulting in BLUE CARD Amnesty for all qualified foreigners who are in our country, a new Residency Status Program, and a reduction in the number of years for legal residents to qualify for citizenship.

WAR ON POVERTY

We will pursue an aggressive program for Poverty Alleviation by expanding current social programs and ensuring that resources reach the people most in need, including land and housing. We will also create an enabling environment where all citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis can benefit from increased economic
opportunities. We will ensure there is an improved standard of living by ensuring all houses have essential bathroom and other utilities.

BOOSTING TOURISM

Diversification of our tourism product and ensuring promotion beyond traditional source markets will be a key focus for our One Movement Government. We will also invest and support niche markets such as business tourism, sports tourism, land-based tourism and community and heritage tourism.

CONSOLIDATING THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AGENDA

We will introduce and where appropriate legislation to give effect to Freedom of Information, Term Limits, Integrity in Public Life, Electoral Reform, and others.

EXTERNAL RELATIONS

One Movement believes that our location in the world must cause St. Kitts and Nevis to be known for appreciating the Principles of International Law, multilateralism and building friendships with states which will advance our Our

External Relations will always be based on mutual respect and principle. It is our shared view that we are stronger together and while we build international friends we will continue to advance regional integration through OECS & CARICOM to ensure prosperity for all of our peoples.

CARING FOR OUR PEOPLE

Caring for our people means prioritising healthcare and We will improve our healthcare services by putting in place a national healthcare system, building a new hospital, upgrading existing facilities, focusing on mental health and introducing digital healthcare. Education and vocational training will be prioritised to prepare our youth for success in the global economy.

FOOD SECURITY

Increase access to affordable finance, training, and agricultural lands through a land bank project to expand and modernize the fishing and agricultural sectors. Additionally, the establishment of large-scale fishing cooperatives and an export marketing agency will be prioritized.

THE REPUBLIC

The full realisation of our political aspirations to chart our own course under a republican system of government, where a Kittitian or Nevisian as our Head of State.
